Why can't I download IE7?

I have IE8 but Farmville toolbar only supports IE7 or firefox. I don't want firefox.

Dudette, is the Smallville toolbar really that important to remove a great browser like IE 8. Of course you can't install IE 7. You need to uninstall IE 8 (which isn't allowed in Windows 7). Use Firefox and be done with it. Gotta go, Surf's up.
