How do I get the red 'Y' for Yahoo back on the toolbar?

How do you get your yahoo toolbar back. the toolbar is still in my system but cannot retrieve it.?

since opening an american toolbar(curiosity)and then closing it i have had no end of trouble with my compter access.the question above gives you some idea. awaiting pro help on monday12th but would like to get my yahoo toolbar back asap.thanks. alan
