How do I get my Yahoo tool bar back?

How to get my Tool Bar & Favorites back on my Yahoo Classic?

Lost my tool bar & favorites on my Yahoo Classic. I got instructions that said: Click gear like option/select Edit Your App's/Takes me to Tool Bar Settings Page/ Cllick on Add App's .Problem is the Edit Your App's is not available.Any suggestions?

Yahoo Classic home page is no more. It's simply the Yahoo home page (yahoo.com). There are several different ways to list your IE Favorites: click the yellow favorites star; Ctrl+i; Alt+C; or click the Favorites button on the IE Menu Bar. If you want the Menu Bar, right click an open area around the toolbars and on the list of toolbars click Menu Bar. The gear icon pertains to the Yahoo toolbar (toolbar.yahoo.com) and I suspect you were given the above instructions so that you could add the Yahoo toolbar bookmarks app. Sometimes people equate favorites with bookmarks.
