How do I uninstall the Yahoo! Toolbar?

  • Whenever I try to check my Yahoo! Mail, or movie listings, etc., from the toolbar, it stops working. I have to end the program manually and restart Internet Explorer. It's really frustrating and I want to uninstall the toolbar, since it's causing the problem per Internet Explorer.

Go to control pannel, enter the "delete/change programs" option; select the program you want to delete (in this case, yahoo toolbar) and click "uninstall".

You could try a restart on the pc first to fix it if you have not done so yet. In add/remove of the control panel click toolbar and remove and it goes.
