Why cannot i access my 'bookmarks?

Bookmarks? I can't access or edit my bookmarks.?

  • The sidebar is showing 0 bookmarks but it is as if I am on a second page - the drop down menu at the top is in greyscale & won't allow me to access or edit my bookmarks. I know they are all there somewhere as I have investigated a bit through the Yahoo! help section but have not resolved my problem.

  • Answer:

    you will have to download a new version of IE8 and use it the old browswer eg BT YAhoo will not work.

bt is sorting out the problem with bookmarks because i have had the same thing and spoke to them about it you can access your bookmarks at bt yahoo.com ,hope that helps

I had the same problem and found if i typed in bookmarks.yahoo.com i found them hope this helps.
