What is the action bar?

What and where is the Action Bar?

• on my yahoo email, it gives me a heads up when i need to extend my question. it tells me to breathe new life into it by using the Action Bar. where is the action bar in yahoo answers?

  When you open your question it's the gray shaded bar under the question, just click on edit (pencil icon) and you'll see a drop down menu, there you can click on extend expiration to extend the life of your question. You can only extend your question by 4 days and it must be within the first 4 days to do it. -T
