Why? Ask Yahoo Customer Care: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/toolbar/general.html? Some users say switch to mail classic to get around problem. I recommend using alternate browser like Firefox with URL mail.yahoo.com until Yahoo fixes problem. BTW, it will never get fixed quickly unless users send a bunch of problem reports to Yahoo.

Use the ie icon on the desk top to start a new frame. Restart the pc if needed to fix.
