How do I get the popup blocker icon back so I can enable popups?

I can't find the icon for popups on my toolbar. It disappeared and now I can't ALLOW popups - even temporarily for some sites. What can I do?

You are probably using the Internet Explorer pop-up blocker. To tell, click Tools and look for pop-up blocker. If you see it, then you don't need the toolbar pop-up blocker. If you want to use the toolbar pop-up blocker then Click Settings button on Yahoo toolbar and Add/Edit buttons and add it.
