Why won't my Yahoo toolbar stay locked?

  • I lock it in View and IE7 tools and yet each time I sign in the buttons have changed . I can't get rid of the "shopping" button . Is it because I'm running the Yahoo toolbar along with IE7? I don't think I will like IE7.

    It is not the fault of IE 7. Quit blaming "Everything Windows" for any problems you have with your computer. If you are using the Yahoo Toolbar Beta with IE 7, click the Setting button on the toolbar. Go to the "Select the old buttons from a Yahoo ID". This should get your buttons from your old toolbar. If you are using an older version toolbar, be sure you click on the "Finished" button after you select the buttons and Icons you want on the toolbar.
