Where is the pop up blocker on the yahoo toolbar?

Where the hell is the pop-up blocker in either google or yahoo toolbar?

  • I have both, the newest versions, I use Mozilla Firefox and when I first downloaded them I didn't see a pop-up blocker, they promote so how can I get it. Do I have to search for buttons to add, and if so what do I type in?

Rejwow is absolutely correct. Yahoo! and Google allow you to add pop-up blockers to the toolbars, but it is totally unnecessary if the browser has the functionality built-in. In fact, it is downright confusing to have more than one pop-up blocker active. Rejwow covered Firefox. If you are running Windows XP SP2, then Internet Explorer should have a pop-up blocker built-in. Click Tools and you should see a pop-up blocker entry. Otherwise, click the settings button (avatar) on the Yahoo! toolbar, click add/edit buttons and add the pop-up blocker button.

for the pop ups, in Firefox go to : TOOLS / OPTIONS/ CONTENT / block pop up windows .. you don't need any toolbars for this... with firefox download adblock + this will stop those ads.
