How do I correct aproblem on Yahoo toolbar. My internet crashes.?

Microsoft Online directed me to Yahoo Toolbar. Yahoo. inc. told them it had a solution for the problem that was reported.
Answer:

There is a known issue when trying to use yahoo tool bar with internet explorer 7.0..If it were me,i would uninstall the tool bar or>> Go to START>CONTROL PANEL, click ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS, find and click on WINDOWS EXPLORER 7, click CHANGE/REMOVE. This will revert your system back to IE-6.0

i wished i knew that answer because my computer just crashed also , it always says INTERNET EXPLORER NOT RESPONDING And then i have to shut down my computer and get back on this happens to me all the time. If you found out why please let me know too
