How to restore favorites on toolbar?

Restore favorites toolbar?

• I updated to IE 8 or 9 and my favrites and other toolbar disappeared

  Most of the tools can be found by clicking on the gear button at the top right-hand corner of the browser window (you'll find the print options there). If you want to make IE 9 look more like IE 8, right click on an unused area of the toolbar (by the tabs is a good place) and turn on some of the toolbars from the pop-up menu. The Command Bar will display the home icon, page setup, tools, print and other icons. The Menu Bar will display the File/Edit/View/Favorites/Tools/Help menus. In IE 9 the Favorites Bar is turned off by default. To turn it back on, right click in the toolbar area and select "Favorites Bar" from the pop-up menu. You access Favorites in IE 9 by clicking on the star button in the upper right corner of the browser window. Good luck, -T
