Why will my yahoo toolbar not stay locked?

Yahoo grabbed my toolbar away from Google. It is now locked with the box that reads Do you use the Yahoo!...?

  • None of the four options on the box work. It reads Do you use the Yahoo! Toolbar on multiple computers? It will not let me close it with the x at the top right, Learn more does not respond, Save to my Yahoo! ID is hilighted yeallow but does not respond, No thanks, just save to this computer. also does not respond. Please help!!!!

    Make sure you are signed in to Yahoo. Click the gear icon at the end of the Yahoo toolbar, click Toolbar Preferences. Under Save Layout Preferences click the second radio button. Click I'm Done. Restart your browser (Close and Open). You should no longer see the Multiple Computers message. If you wanted to respond Yes to the original message, then you need not do anything further. If you wanted to respond No, click the gear icon, click Toolbar Preferences and click the first radio button, click I'm Done. I've gotten feedback from one user that the above worked. Please let me know so that others may benefit.
