What, Where is the Action Bar?

I received an email from yahoo answers stating I can extend my question for 4 days using the Action Bar. What Action Bar? What do I click on?

It is under your question. Right below the ANSWER button (you don't see the answer button since it is your question, but look at any other Y!A question on the site and you will see the action bar). Click on the pencil (edit). Click on the other things in that "bar" to see what else you can do.
