  • It would seem that the Yahoo Anti Spy button has been removed from the toolbar. How do I now run anti spy to rid my computer from unwanted cookies?

    Yahoo has discontinued Anti-Spy. You could probably find the program on your computer and run it (you don't need the Yahoo toolbar/browser) but I advise against that. Bite the bullet and use a comprehensive Anti-Malware program. I suggest the free version of SuperAntiSpyware (superantispyware.com) or Malwarebytes (malwarebytes.org). Run a quick scan to identify tracking cookies and other stuff. Run a full scan once or twice a month or when you think malware is on your computer.

It's been scrubbed by Yahoo.Yahoo are offering nothing to replace anti spy. Malwarebytes is the best alternativ in my opinion. Download free version from http://www.malwarebytes.org/
