Why won't the yahoo toolbar display on my homepage?

I want to put the yahoo toolbar on my homepage and I already clicked on view and followed those directions, but my homepage still won't display it.
Answer:

The latest yahoo toolbar is a joke...its disappeared on me....its turned diffrent colors.....some of the icons go missing...you can't ad apps to it....Yahoo needs some work on this one...I installed and uninstalled it 7 times now...and it just again disappeared....so now I just uninstalled it....and now use my favorites to mark my favorite sites....will not be downloading it again.....sorry but this Yahoo Toolbar is one of the worse creations yahoo has ever designed........
