How do i clear the search bar?

How do I clear the searches I've done on the search web bar, not the favorites?

  • I want to delete the searches i've done on the web search tool bar, I know how to do it on the favorite star but not the web search tool bar

  • Answer:

    Go to "tools" on the address bar, click "Internet options", then go to "History" and click "Clear History"

if you are using IE7 it is in the tools menu on the top right hand side under Internet options, browsing history, delete delete history hope it helps

You can just click the down arrow and hit delete.

Click on the history icon. Mine looks like a clock with an arrow going couner-clockwise. Sometimes it is on the view tab. open it and start deleting those porn sites.

just clear history. go into Tools, Internet options and then select browsing history. that will bring up a box that allows you to delete certain things like browsing history and leave all else alone. Good Luck
