How do i turn on add a tab to my tool bar?

In my IE6 the add tab option do not show to the main menu, how can i find the add tab bar..?

  IE6 does not have built-in tabs. You have to use the Yahoo! toolbar (download at toolbar.yahoo.com). Once you have the Y! toolbar, check to make sure tabs are turned on by clicking the settings button (avatar) on the toolbar and click Toolbar Options and make sure the box for tabs is checked. However, I prefer to use IE7 because the tabs are built-in. If you are using Windows XP SP2, then download IE7 from microsoft.com/downloads or use Windows Update.
