Action Bar?

People are asking for months about the location of the Action Bar. It is starnge that a company like Yahoo can not give a proper direction where the Action Bar is. I have the lates computer everything set correctly and THERE IS NO ACTION BAR. there.

Answer:
The only place I've seen it is in the Yahoo! Instant Messenger bar toolbar. When you click on it, you will see a drop down menu with many options to choose from.
