Where is the address bar on the new home page?

Restore address bar/tool bar/home page icon?

  • 4-30-2010 was on line when internet provider went dead, that is when I lost my yahoo home page and all address, and tool bars + home page icon. how can I restore my yahoo home page as I knew it?

    Hi Just had a similar problem myself, after clicking this and clicking that I eventually got it all back. Here's how: If you press the 'Windows' icon key on the keyboard (should be on the lower left side) you should be able to access the 'Start' menu. When you see this you should see 'Yahoo! UK & Ireland' somewhere...left click on this. Your Yahoo! home page should come up but with no taskbars or toolbars. Move your cursor right up to the top of the page and a single task bar should appear...go to the right side of this and you will see the 'minimize', 'restore up or down' and 'close' buttons. Click on the restore button and hopefully it will all come back as it was. Hope the above works for you! (That 'Windows' key on the keyboard is useful to get you back to your Desktop if your Toolbar disappears for some reason).
