How do I get Anti-Spy back on my toolbar?

I cannot get my yahoo antispy toolbar feature to work,i turned off my pop up blockers/firewall.No luck.Help!?

I cannot get my Yahoo antispy feature to work.I tried turning my pop up blocker off,also my MS firewall protection with no results.The antispy window does not come up.Even after i updated my Yahoo toolbar...after i close internet explorer page,the" run antispy" words are still visible on my desktop homepage.How can i fix this,and get antispy to run?
