How to redirect URL on refresh in Angular?

Yahoo toolbar redirect any valid URL to yahoo search?

If I type a valid URL directly in the IE8 address bar, yahoo toolbar always redirect me to the yahoo search result, e.g. typing maps.google.com will send me to http://search.yahoo.com/404handler?ei=UTF-8&p=map+google&vm=r&url=http%3A%2F%2Fmaps.google.com%2F&src=toolbar&nrd=1&fr=slv502-tyc8. If the URL is indexed by yahoo, I can still access the web page by clicking the yahoo search result. If the URL is not indexed by yahoo, there is no way that I can access the URL at all because it's not showing up in yahoo search. Disabling yahoo toolbar, everything works fine. This is ridiculous. yahoo toolbar used is v8.4 Thanks.
