Is there a way to move my bookmarks from my yahoo toolbar to mozilla without going to each page?

I love my yahoo toolbar but I want to update firefox and the latest update doesn't support the yahoo toolbar.

Uninstall Firefox. Use the following site to download Firefox 7.0.1: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all.html Open Firefox, go to toolbar.yahoo.com and Reinstall. This will install Yahoo toolbar Version 2.4 which works with Firefox 7.0.1.
