How do I delete the mess in my Yahoo bookmarks?

  • I want to delete all the folders in my yahoo bookmarks, They have made a mess nothing is organized

    Your folders are all alphabetized by topic, and you can also alphabetize each bookmark by right-clicking one folder name and selecting 'sort by name'. Unfortunately all those that start with 'http' will group together, as will all those with 'www' at the start, but that eliminates a lot of the mess. Those few remaining ones can then be dragged and dropped where you choose, folder by folder. Take your time and tackle only one folder a day. It would be a shame to completely delete ALL your bookmarks just to neaten them -some would be hard to find again. You can create other new folders so there are fewer bookmarks in each category too ... then drag and drop. Or right-click to delete old folders, or re-name them.
