How do I keep the Yahoo toolbar permanently hidden?

WHY! do I keep getting a pop up on Yahoo! toolbar by Yahoo!?

I am constantly getting a window come up from the 'Y!' next to the search box, saying ' Do you use Yahoo! Toolbar on multiple computers' 'You can access your Toolbar layout from more than one computer by saving it to your Yahoo! ID.....Learn more....' "Save to my Yahoo! ID" ........ "No Thanks, just save to this computer" I am getting a little annoyed, because nothing I have done seems to stop this annoying pop up window from Yahoo......Please, can anyone tell me what I need to do before I go mad hahahah.......many thanks..
Answer:

It sounds like the Yahoo! Toolbar Feature Tips is messing up. Click on the gear button, select Toolbar Preferences and uncheck the "Enable Feature Tips" entry. Good luck, -T
