Yahoo dumped the Pop-up blocker. Use the one built-in to your browser. Click Tools and you will see the Pop-up blocker.

Just put your mouse pointer right on the pop up blocker.Not on the tiny arrow next to it put it right on the blocker itself. And click it that will turn it on/off. JTSYS

Click the gear icon on the Yahoo toolbar, click Edit Your Apps, move mouse to the popup icon and click the x.

The latest version of the Yahoo toolbar is 8.4 at toolbar.yahoo.com. Reinstall the Yahoo toolbar to get rid of the Yahoo Pop Up.
