How can mobile browser change screen width?

I wish to change screen width..?

I was told to go to Options in upper right corner, but I don't find it. I tried clicking on Tools and Internet Options but did not find General Preferences. How can I change the screen width?

you don't need to go on the internet. On your desktop, right-click and click on Graphic options then panel fit. Finally click on full screen (no border)
