    Finally figured it out. Yahoo Toolbar allows you to Import and Export your Y! toolbar bookmarks to and from your internet browser favorites. So, sign in to the account you want to transfer your bookmarks from and use the Y! toolbar import/export feature, follow the instructions to export to your browser favorites. You will end up with a 'export_bookmarks.html' file of all your bookmarks. Then when that is done, sign out of that account and sign in to the other account that you want to transfer the bookmarks too. Once again, use the Y! toolbar import/export feature, it will ask you to browse for a file, that's where the 'export_bookmarks.html' file comes in. Just follow the instructions and your good to go!!

This might work for transferring from account A to B: 1. Log in as account A. Go to bookmarks.yahoo.com and click 'Export Bookmarks'. Save the bookmarks as a file. 2. Log in as account B. Go to bookmarks.yahoo.com and click 'Import Bookmarks'. Then click the 'click here to try manually' link at the bottom of the page. (You should end up here : http://bookmarks.yahoo.com/config/upload_bookmark?.manupload=1) Then click 'Browse' and select the file you exported earlier.
