Just installed yahoo toolbar 6.3.2.2 2006.5.11.1. IE (6.0) freezes upon selecting Pencil, then toolbar options

installed the toolbar. Tried to make changes to the toolbar options. The IE window freezes upon selecting toolbar otptions. Please don't reply with 'reinstall, reboot, uninstall then reinstall' as I have tried everything logical. I tried 'refresh' the toolbar. no go. I am trying to get to the tab feature of the toolbar, apparently it is in the toolbar options of the toolbar settings.
