How do I delete toolbar history?

How do you delete the history from the toolbar on Mozilla Firefox?

  • I am talking not about what you've searched on google or yahoo, but literally the history that comes up in Mozilla Firefox. It may be my yahoo toolbar but it's the very top of the browser so I don't know? It says History and when you click on it it has every websites you've visited. Anyone know how to delete them? Serious answers only please.

With FireFox, go to the Tools Menu. Tools>Clear Private Data Or simply press Ctrl + Shift + Del and it will prompt you with what you want to clear. Clear your cache and browsing history. Hope this helps you out.

I'm not sure exactly, but I think you click "show in sidebar" after you click "history", then you can click "today" and then right click on everything and choose delete. It'll take a while if you have a lot. or you could just try deleting "today". Hope that helps.

Click on Tools, then click clear private data. make sure browsing hostory has a check mark next it, then click, clear private data now.

Right click on on history and you can delete it that way -- it will come up and give you options for "today" or "yesterday" --- I have an OLD computer -- i have to go under "GO" at the top and history is at the bottom of the line. Also go under Control panel -- you can delete your cookies/files there.
