Has anyone had problems installing Yahoo widgets engine?

Has anyone else had problems installing yahoo toolbar?

I know it has to be something obvious. But, when I download the toolbar I get the it's been intalled screen. But, it doesn't work. I've tried going to view-toolbars and click on Yahoo Toolbar! HELP!
Answer:

First of all make sure your IE and computer are not cluttered with Temp files and cookies. Go to START>ACCESSORIES>SYSTEM TOOLS>DISK CLEANUP run this and ok it for everything that has a check mark. Uninstall the toolbar through the pencil or Add/Remove programs. Go to the Yahoo toolbar site and before installing the toolbar, turn off your firewall. Install the toolbar and turn the firewall back on. When you start the download, if it says there is a problem then look for the link to click to continue the download or Try again. Click on it and the download will continue normally.
