How can I restore my yahoo toolbar & aol one?? I lost while in email? Can someone please help?Tried everything?

This is the 2nd time I've lost my toolbars while typing an email, I hit something & it flashes to a new screen without my toolbars. Somebody has got to know how to restore them, it is driving me crazy. Last time I went under tools, then toolbar & then locked toolbars & it restored them, not the case now, it won't restore locked or unlocked. PLEASE help me???? Thanx.
