How do I uninstall the toolbar?

The Oovoo toolbar won't uninstall? How do I uninstall it?

• I've been trying to remove the Oovoo toolbar from my computer and it isn't working. First, I went to the control panel, then I went under "Programs", then "Uninstall," then I clicked on the program labeled, "ooVoo toolbar, powered by Ask.com." I waited for it to uninstall but then this box came up that said "All Internet Explorer browsers should be closed in order to complete uninstallation. Please close all Internet Explorer browser windows. Click OK if you are ready to proceed with uninstallation." But I wasn't on the internet so I clicked OK, but the same box just popped right up. I tried uninstalling it from the toolbar (Options, then Uninstall) but the same thing happened! I tried disabling the internet but for some reason the same box pops up, saying that I have the internet on. How do I remove the ooVoo toolbar? It's really annoying.

  Uh I think i have another way. Ctrl Alt Del. task manager should come up. or get task manager by doing those 3 commands. now on task manager click the processes tab. and look for ooVoo tool bar right click it and click end Process. DO NOT click end process tree. now try uninstalling it from control panel or internet explorer, tools, manage add ons and find it, disable/uninstall it there. Try restarting ur computer and uninstalling it. add details to let us know if u have problems. EDIT:(sorry for late response) Maybe You should try un-installing ooVoo completely and it may ask to uninstall it and its components(if u do that make sure u save all ur contacts and info)
