How do I access my Yahoo bookmarks?

I am unable to access my yahoo bookmarks - it is just grayed out?

  • Since Tuesday 3rd March I have been unable to access my Yahoo bookmarks, I know other people had the same problem but does anyone know when BT/Yahoo plan to fix it

    I have the same problem on BT Yahoo. I've lost 4 years worth of bookmarks and its a huge pain in the bum! I was recommended this web address on another answer http://bookmarks.yahoo.com/ and i can now access my bookmarks although they are still not available via the toolbar but it has to be better than loosing them completely. HTH :)

Mine too - does anyone know how to contact BT cos im fed up of reeading on line help screens that dont help at all? thanks

BT acknowledge that the problem is theirs. It seems to have happened on 1st March. The told me yesterday that their engineers are working intensively to resolve the problem and that they expected it to be fixed within 48 hours.

You can still add bookmarks via the "sidebar" but lets hope they fix this problem soon.
