How to add/remove buttons from my Yahoo toolbar?

Why do the buttons of my yahoo toolbar disappear whenever I sign in?

I have tried uninstalling / reinstalling my Firefox browser, along with the yahoo toolbar, but to no avail, the buttons of my toolbar disappear every time I sign in. I have tried using a different computer and the problem still persists. I have also tried editing my own yahoo toolbar using the website http://edit.toolbar.yahoo.com/config/slv4_edit?.p=m&.rsbw=1&.v=1_6_2 but the page can't load properly. The problem seems to be in my yahoo account, as others don't experience this problem even when they are using my computer. Is there any function on my yahoo account that causes this problem of making the buttons on my yahoo toolbar disappear?
