WHERE IS THE PENCIL MENU ON THE YAHOO TOOLBAR?

I just downloaded an updated toolbar and have lost all control over my buttons. No settings button and I don't see what ATT is calling a pencil menu.

Answer:
If you are using IE there is a Setting button about half way across the toolbar. With Firefox there is a Y! button and next to it usually is a Pencil. Click on the down arrow to see the choices.
