Answer:
click START> CONTROL PANEL> ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS look under the prgrammes installed, you should see MIRAR or another toolbat that look unfamiliar. if you can't find it, tick "show Updates" at the top, then once you find it, clik remove (or change/remove) Also download an anti-spyware software, such as A-Squared or Spybot: http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/free/ http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html

Go to add/remove in the control panel and take it out. Use anti spy if needed.

Add or remove programs "will not" get rid of Mirar. Do what one of the guys already said, install Spybot, a-squared, Lavasoft ad-aware or whatever. Anti-spy won't get rid of it either.

Click on VIEW and on the drop down menu you can close whatever toolbars you wish

Don't bother with add or remove programs. Mirar toolbar is spyware and you need an anti-spyware program to fully remove the malware. Download/install the free version of SuperAntiSpyware from superantispyware.com, update the definitions and run a full scan. The full scan examines the entire hard drive and can take an hour or two which is normal. Spybot S&D and Lavasoft Adaware 2007 are also good anti-spyware programs and will remove Mirar.
