How to download Yahoo toolbar a second time?

The new Yahoo toolbar will download, but will not install. It stops at the same place each time. Why?

• The installation process goes so far and stops without explanation, or notification. It does the same thing on both my computers.

  Uninstall any previous yahoo toolbar software and then go into your browsers tools at the top of the page and in the options, clear your cache, and cookies, close your browser and then re-try to load the toolbar software. Another option is go to www.foxfire.com and load the best web browser that anyone can use, than get the toolbar from them instead. Afterwords go back to using your explorer browser and load it again. Sometimes the components that would not load in the explorer will load using the Foxfire browser, then whatever is needed on the load will be there already.
