I have yahoo! toolbar but it wont let me get the tabs back, i had them but now they're gone...?

I have the latest yahoo! toolbar, 7.2 I wanted the tabs and wanted to see if that would do anything...it didnt. And I dont have a pencil icon next to my yahoo! search bar...another thing, i have regular internet explorer...it doesnt tel me whiich one but its the old one. I really want those tabs and the weird thing isi have them on the other computer but not this one. and if no1 no's how to help i'll just uninstall yahoo and reinstall it to see if that works...PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Answer:
Good problem description. Click the settings button (avatar) on the Y! toolbar, click Toolbar Options and check the box for tabs. If you want to use Internet Explorer built-in tabs (not Yahoo! tabs), then upgrade to IE 7. :)
