How do I turn on the POP UP BLOCKER with the Yahoo Toolbar?

My Yahoo Toolbar Pop-Up Blocker menu item does not include the "View Recently Blocked Pop-Ups" option.

I can not view Recently Blocked Pop-Ups. When I originally asked why "View Recently Blocked Pop-Ups" option did not appear in the Yahoo Toolbar Pop-Up Blocker menu, in answer from the Yahoo FAQ site I was referred back to the "View Recently Blocked Pop-Ups" option of the Pop-Up menu. In other words, it did not answer my question in any way, or form!

They havent included that on the last few "upgrades" on the "New and Improved" Yahoo Toolbars. I wish they would bring it back. Now the only options are either always allowing pop-ups from the site (has anyone noticed that the site doesnt always appear in the Allowed list???) or turn off the blocker, and hope you remember to reactivate it.
