How come I can't see my Yahoo! Internet Explorer toolbar after I install it?

I'm trying to install the toolbar with tabbed browsing. I check View>Toolbars>and check Yahoo! Toolbar but it still doesn't check. I check "Manage Add-Ons" and it says that Yahoo! toolbar is in use and is allowed. Is Spybot Search & Destroy effecting this? By the way I have Firefox and have used Google toolbar. in d view button select toolbar and then select lock d toolbar.
