Menu tool bar not showing?

menu bar is not showing and minimize button is not working

Answer:
Click the blue gear tool/icon in your ie toolbar. Then the 8th spot down from the top it says Menu Bar. Click it and File,Edit,View,Favorites,Tools,Help all 5 options will come back. This is not part of the Y! toolbar and has nothing to do with it it is part of the ie toolbar. JTSYS
