Problem with yahoo toolbar assistant popping up when not desired, marked do not show and do not allow ,still?

lnternet security asking whether to allow or not allow toolbar assistant that was on a game download, marked that I did not want, but this has continued to pop up. Had to close my current yahoo toolbar hoping this would solve the issue, but came right back with toolbar use

Mine is doing the same thing, and it's maddening. If an answer is not provided soon by Yahoo!, I'll change browsers.
