How do I put the pop up blocker on my toolbar list?

I cannot find the Pop up blocker on my toolbar anymore since it just vanished, I've tried refresh etc.?

Tried looking for it in toolbar apps page, it's not there no-more. Can anyone suggest how to put it back on my yahoo toolbar, I'm using IE9 & it just vanished without any notification after months of flawless use?

all these people telling you to uninstall and re install are wrong and changing setting in your browser does not make an app reappear that has been removed by yahoo, I have had the same problem and nothing on my computer can change what yahoo has listed as an app. YOUR PC SETTING HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH APPS. YAHOO HAS LISTED maybe someone will see all the caps at yahoo and fix this problem

The pop-up blocker app for the Yahoo! Toolbar has been gone for quite some time because ALL modern browsers already have a built-in pop-up blocker. To access it in IE 9, press Alt-T to bring up the tools menu and look for the Pop-up Blocker entry to turn it on/off and change its settings. Good luck, -T

Reset browser to factory defaults: tools > internet options > advanced > reset. Then reinstall from toolbar.yahoo.com
