Where can I download the Yahoo toolbar with tabs?

I have IE7 w/yahoo toolbar, but when I go directly to the Yahoo Browser I can't download the toolbar, WHY?

Thru IE, I downloaded IE7 and I have the newer Yahoo Toolbar there. When I go directly to the Yahoo Browser, thru AT&T/Yahoo upon loggin, I try to download the newer Yahoo Toolbar and it tells me I have to have 5v or newer, duh?, I already have IE7 installed thru IE. Do I also have to download IE7 thru the Yahoo Browser in order to download the newer Yahoo Toolbar? Yahoo drives me crazy.

RIGHT CLICK ANYWHERE IN TOOLBAR SECTION OF THE BROWSER AND MAKE SURE STANDARD BUTTONS IS CHECKER IN POPUP MENU. IT SHOULD BE THERE SELECT IT. IF YOU USE FIREFOX: ITS THE SAME AS INTERNET EXPLORER, EXCEPT THE OPTION IS CALLED NAVIGATION TOOLBAR. I HOPE THIS HELP:-)
