My toolbar has disappeared unless I move my cursor to the top of the page. How do I get it back all the time?

I know this is a simple, one click fix, but I can't remember how. I think I'm having a blond moment..... Thanks.

1. Move the mouse to where it is so that it displays. 2. Right-click and select Properties. 3. Uncheck Auto-hide the taskbar. 4. Click OK.
