How to get tool, file, view, back on my screen?

How do I enable my toolbar File Edit View etc.,?

• At the top of my screen is MSN search etc., I use Yahoo and want my toolbar with File, Edit, View etc., I can not find it and need to know how to enable it. I use some of these tools with e-mail. CAn you tell me how to get that tool bar ? Thanks

  On Internet Explorer 7, if you want the Menu Bar with File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, and Help to show, click Tools (an icon that looks like a gear) on the bottom right of the toolbar, a menu pops up, click Menu Bar, or right click a vacant space on the toolbar, a menu pops up, click Menu Bar. If you only need the Menu Bar with File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, and Help to appear temporarily just press the Alt key on your keyboard. This way your toolbar doesn't take up as much of your screen. If you want it to stay permanently, right click on a vacant space on the toolbar and click Menu Bar.
