How do i delete my internet history?

How do I delete my history on Internet Explorer next to the back button?

  • I know how to delete the history for webpages, through Internet options, and cntrl h, but when I do all of that, there are still some pages showing when I hit the drop menu on the back button. How do I get rid of those? Thank you!

    When you close the window it will delete those website from the list. They are only held temporary

ok go to tools and then go to internet options it should open a window up and go to the general tab it will say browsing history and next to it will say clear all browsing history and that should do it

go to "Tools" click on "internet options" at the bottom of the "general" tab there is "history" change the "days" to zero and then click the button that says "clear history" then go to the "content" tab and at bottom is "personal information" change the "autocomplete" to OFF

hit your start (at bottom of screen) click on control options, click network Internet connections, click Internet options, click delete, click delete all.... why, what are you trying to hide??

click on history and right click and delete all of them then go to tools, internet options, then delete history on the bottom
