How do I set up a pop up blocker?

Im getting pop ups when im on my btyahoo, my pop up blocker is set at its highest, how can I stop them ?

  You can get an anti-virus software. A good one is stopzilla. Try some anti-virus sites. Another reason as to why there are pop-ups is your computer might be old? It could have been hacked?
