What Internet options are there in France?

On the Yahoo main page, why is france indicated as one of my search options?

  • when I go to www.yahoo.com, I have noticed that underneath my search bar, there are two options to choose from, one is "the web" and the other is "france only". As I am not in france, and I am not on the french yahoo site. Why is france indicated on the search options? Could this be an indication that I have a trojan or another piece of spyware on my computer. I am suspisious as I do know some french people and this is not the first time Ive noticed things connected with france of quebec on the yahoo. main page. Any ideas?

    hhmm, never took notice to that before. mine is normal, it says finance.
